Is payment monthly or annual?

Because we make a significant resource investment in video production for each of our clients, we bill for all packages on an annual basis and in advance of the production of your first video.

Can I change or remove negative reviews?

If you feel that a review is inaccurate or misrepresentative you can report it to our account management team who will research your query further – email us at team@brilliantbusiness.org. We aim to ensure BrilliantBusiness accurately represents the service provided by businesses services and views of their customers. We provide businesses with the tools and resources to help manage potentially negative customer reviews, so the potential of receiving negative reviews should be minimised if the tools are used. We  have a policy of honesty and transparency – if a negative review is found to be justified we will not edit, censor or remove it. In our experience, a history of 100% perfect customer reviews are viewed as more likely to be false by customers – the occasional three or four star review isn’t such a bad thing.

Can I cancel my account before the 12 month period?

If you wish to cancel your account, you can at any time. However, we are unable to refund any monies paid. At the point of the cancellation of your account, you are obliged to return your BrilliantBusiness window sticker and certificate. If you wish to remove your business listing from BrilliantBusiness simply email team@brilliantbusiness.org.

Can I downgrade my account?

Sure, but there may be charges to compensate for the number of videos that have been produced up until the point that you wish to downgrade. Contact our account management at team@brilliantbusiness.org and they’ll be pleased to help.

Can I upgrade my account?

Sure. Just drop our account management team an email at team@brilliantbusiness.org and they’ll be pleased to help.

Can I upload my own videos to my profile?

We provide a gallery function on every business profile that allows you to upload images and videos as you wish (up to 1gb total combined space). With regards to the BrilliantBusiness-produced testimonial, promotional and thought leadership videos, these are produced exclusively by our team and selected external suppliers to ensure editorial accuracy and consistent production values.

Do I have to worry about BrilliantBusiness using my customer information?

All of the customer information within your account is yours and yours alone. We will not sell, share or distribute this information, ever. Learn more about our privacy policy.
